Your Dashboard

The dashboard at / is your command center. Everything INAJ has evaluated appears here as a board — side-by-side columns you can read at a glance: Good matches, Applied, and Bad matches — plus an optional Discarded column you can switch on if you want it. You can also submit any job URL directly from the top of the board.

Found a role yourself?

Paste any job posting URL — LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or any company career page — and INAJ runs the full analysis on it directly. Unlike roles it discovers on its own (which get a quick fit screen first), anything you submit yourself skips straight to the complete report, so you always get the full write-up on a role you've chosen to look at.

While a submitted role (or any fresh discovery) is being evaluated, a status line at the top of the dashboard tells you how many jobs are in flight — e.g. “2 jobs being evaluated right now”. When each one finishes it drops into the right column automatically; there's no separate “pending” list to check.

Paste a job posting URL and I'll evaluate it for fit, score it against your profile, and add the result to your dashboard.

The board at a glance

Each column holds one kind of result. Good matches and Bad matches are filled by your daily scans; Applied and Discarded fill up as you act on cards. Here's what the board looks like:

Initech Solutions
Director of Engineering
Joplin, MO
Evaluated 2026-06-17 · 1.5/5

Why we skipped this: On-site in Missouri and you've set a hard remote requirement; it also leans on a proprietary ERP platform outside your background.

On a phone the columns stack vertically; on a wide screen they sit side by side. The number on each column header is the total in that column. If you switch on the optional Discarded column, it sits alongside these as a fourth column.

Good matches

Roles INAJ thinks are worth your attention, with the full analysis already done. Updated with each daily scan; shows the last 30 days. Each card shows the company, role title, location, evaluation date, score, and a one-line summary of why it fits. Freshly evaluated roles carry a green New badge. Click a card to open its full report — that’s where you generate a tailored resume, mark yourself applied, and prep for interviews. A quick Discard button on the card hides roles that aren’t a fit.

Good matches are sorted with the most recently evaluated roles first. Use the Sort by date | score toggle at the top of the column to rank by fit score instead. When a column holds more than its first batch of cards, a Load more button reveals the next batch in place; the View all link in the Good matches header opens the full list on its own page.

Applied

Roles you've marked applied, newest first, kept for all time. These are compact cards — click one to reopen its workspace, where a generated resume or cover letter stays available for download.

Bad matches

Roles that scored below the threshold. INAJ shows you why it skipped each one right on the card. Open one and you can still Process anyway if you disagree with the call. Shows the last 7 days.

Discarded

Roles you've passed on with the Discard button. These are hidden by default — the Discarded column isn't shown unless you ask for it. To keep an eye on what you've passed on, turn on “Show discarded jobs as a column on my dashboard” in Job Preferences; the Discarded column then appears on the board showing the last 7 days. Leaving a note when you discard teaches INAJ what to stop surfacing — see Feedback & Improvement.

How scoring works

INAJ scores every posting 1–5 against your profile and preferences. Scores 3.0 and above land in Good matches (with a full analysis already waiting for you). Scores below 3.0 go to Bad matches with a reason explaining why the role didn’t fit. The score reflects fit against your stated profile — not the difficulty of the hiring process or the likelihood of getting the job.

Paging through a column

Each column shows a first batch of cards. If there are more, a Load more button at the bottom of the column pulls in the next batch without leaving the page. For Good matches you can also click View all in the column header to see the entire list on a dedicated page.
