Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your board — four columns, Analyzed, Applied, Interviewing, and Closed, on both Basic and Pro. On Pro, a rail down the side also shows the jobs INAJ found for you that day, before you've done anything with them. Basic doesn't get the rail — the board just uses the full width instead.

Found a role yourself?

Paste any job posting URL into the bar at the top of your board.

On Pro, that button reads Analyze this job and runs the same full fit analysis as your daily matches — score, strengths, gaps, and a tailored resume if you want one. On Basic, it reads Add Job and adds the posting to your board with an AI summary — no score, no fit analysis, no tailored resume.

No link to paste? Click Don't have a link? Add a job manually next to the bar. That form takes just company, position, and an optional pasted job description. Add the description and INAJ summarizes it the same way as a pasted URL; leave it blank and the job goes straight on your board with nothing to analyze — you can always paste the description in later.

While a submitted role is being evaluated, a status line at the top of the dashboard tells you how many jobs are in flight — e.g. “2 jobs being evaluated right now”. When each one finishes it drops into the right place automatically; there's no separate “pending” list to check.

Your board

Every job you're tracking sits in one of four columns. Drag a card to another column, or use the dropdown-and-Move control on the card if you'd rather not drag. Click anywhere else on a card to open its job page — your notes, its timeline, and (on Pro, once analyzed) its full analysis all live there. See Analysis & Resume for what's on that page.

On a phone the columns stack vertically; on a wide screen they sit side by side. The number on each column header is the total in that column. Closed shows only the last 30 days; Applied keeps everything, paged with a Load more button once it grows past a screenful.

Above the board, a summary strip counts every job you've added: All time, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, and Last 90 days. These windows overlap on purpose — a job added yesterday counts toward all three.

Jobs we found (Pro)

Pro's rail sits beside your board and holds the jobs INAJ's daily search turned up that you haven't done anything with yet — not part of the four-stage board until you act on one.

Each card shows the company, role, location, fit score, and a one-line Our summary of why it fits. Freshly found roles carry a green New badge. Click a card to read the full analysis, or click Analyze Job right on the card — it runs the full analysis and a tailored resume and cover letter, and moves the job into your board's Analyzed column right away so you can see it move before the AI finishes. A quick Discard button hides roles that aren't a fit.

The Strong (n) · All (n) toggle above the rail switches between just your strong matches and every match found, including the weaker ones described below. Sort by date | score re-ranks the list by fit score instead of recency. When a column holds more than its first batch, Load more reveals the next batch in place.

Weaker matches (Pro)

Switch the rail's filter to All to see roles that scored below the threshold, right along with why INAJ skipped each one. If you disagree with the call, open the card and click Process anyway — it tells INAJ why, tailors a resume anyway, and the feedback sharpens future scoring. Shows the last 7 days. Discarded jobs (Pro)

Jobs you've passed on with the Discard button aren't a column — they live in a collapsed “N dismissed · restore” strip at the foot of the rail. Open it to see what you've passed on and Restore anything you want back onto your board. There's no bulk discard — each card is dismissed on its own.

How scoring works (Pro)

INAJ scores every posting it finds for you 1–5 against your resume and preferences. Scores 3.0 and above are your strong matches; anything below shows up under Weaker matches with a reason explaining why the role didn't fit. The score reflects fit against your stated profile — not the difficulty of the hiring process or the likelihood of getting the job.
