Getting Started
After signup you go through a short onboarding wizard. When it's done, INAJ kicks off your first scan automatically — matches start appearing on your dashboard within a few hours.
1. Create your account
Sign up at the homepage, verify your email, and your 7-day free trial starts immediately — full access, no credit card required. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
2. Upload your resume
The first thing the wizard asks for is your resume. INAJ reads it to understand your background, experience level, and skills — this becomes the foundation for all scoring and resume generation going forward.
3. Processing
INAJ extracts your work history, skills, and accomplishments. This takes about a minute — you'll see a progress indicator while it runs.
4. Confirm your profile
Once processing finishes, INAJ shows you the preferences it inferred from your resume. Review them and adjust anything that's off — these drive what postings get surfaced and how resumes are generated.

5. Pick target companies
Tell INAJ which companies you're most interested in. It expands each domain into the full set of job portals that company uses — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, their own careers page — and adds them to your daily scan list.
6. What happens next

- Your first portal scan kicks off automatically — no waiting for tomorrow's cron.
- For each Good match, INAJ automatically runs the full analysis. The job appears on your dashboard once the analysis is ready.
- From there: open the job, then generate your tailored resume, cover letter, or interview prep right from the Actions panel.
- Daily scans continue automatically each morning.
